Electronics for Beginners

Begin your journey into using the Sparkfun Inventor's kit which will guide you through experiments of varying difficulty as you learn about electronics and basic computer programming.  No soldering required.  This kit is perfect for anyone who wants to explore using a Red board Arduino micro-controller which is like a small portable computer.

Open Maker Lab @ Main

Maker Lab
The Maker lab will be open to library patrons and guest. You can come in and use the lab to work on new projects and creative ideas. Our Maker lab guides will be there to assist you and answer questions. Patrons and guest under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the lab. Sign in with a maker lab guide. Be prepared, properly dressed, use eye protective gear when working with machinery, use tools the right way, clean up and return tools where you got them, and never use tools unless you have been trained.
